If you are not receiving the email with the account activation code, while you have tried the resend email option in game, and already looked in all your email's folders (for example: Spam folder), then please contact our Support team. Our Agents will be able to help you complete the account activation.
How to contact Support: While being logged into your account, go to the Lobby page and select Help Center from the top menu bar. Afterwards, click on Contact Support button from down-left side.

3. The 'CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT' window will open, where you need to select and write the necessary information. In order to help you faster, please make sure you're entering the correct details (most importantly, your email and account/avatar name).
